Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Photographs uploaded by the user remain the user's property. Renders generated by artificial intelligence from those photographs are made available to the user under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our cookie policy.

6. Liability

Pool Vision AI provides visual renders generated by artificial intelligence, for visualization and decision support. These renders are simulations: they are neither a technical plan nor a contractual construction document. Novalgos cannot be held liable for decisions made on the sole basis of the generated renders.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
